Microcamera®

General information

Microcamera® is the ideal tool for aesthetic medicine, customizable with 19 types of optics / sensors that can help carry on in-depth dermatological and trichological analises. It meets the most strict quality and safety requirements in compliance with UNI IN ISO 9001 certifications.

Probe

Check that the probe plug is correctly inserted in its dedicated socket, then try to disconnect the power supply to restart the device. If the problem persists, contact our help center at this number +390307703822

Disconnect the probe from Microcamera® and clean the camera glass (CCD) using the appropriate swabs or cotton buds. If the glass is still dirty, soak the swab or cotton buds in isopropyl alcohol before cleaning it again.

Display

Check that the power supply plug is connected to the main socket, check the connection of the power supply cable to the power supply. Calibration and periodic maintenance are part of a verification procedure performed in the laboratory, it checks that the instrument and all its accessories are working properly. Stymula®

General information

LASER/LED helmet

Check that the instrument is working correctly by setting the frequency and power at maximum level (120 - 80), with that setting the LASER emitters should not flash. Movement and mechanics

The movement of the emitters unit is managed by a hinge system, if the movement is compromised contact our help center at this number +390307703822

The movement of the long horizontal arm is managed by a clutch system that can be adjusted by using the hex key supplied; insert the key into the 4 holes in the lower part of the arm and adjust the tension screws. If the problem persists, contact our help center at this number +390307703822
